Thermoplastic Road Marking Paint
Our thermoplastic road marking paint consists of a light colored aggregate (silica sand), white pigment (titanium dioxide), glass beads, binders, filler material (calcium carbonate), EVA and they are all held together with a thermoplastic resin. Thermoplastic Paint is in solid powder condition with good stability in storage under normal temperature. Dry thermoplastic paint is heated in a Thermoplastic Paint Preheater in the temperature betwen 180℃~220℃ and agitated continuously until it achieved a liquid condition, then transferring the liquid paint into road marking machine paint tank for road marking. The liquid thermoplastic paint will be marked onto the road surface and form thermoplastic lines. When liquid thermoplasitc lines cooled to normal condition, the thermoplastic lines will turn into hard shortly with good wear resistance and pressure resistance.
Owing to its durability and long lasting reflectivity, it is widely applied in highway, city roads,mountain roads,community roads, parking lots, runway, athletic track, and so on. We are capable of formulating and supplying different standard thermoplastic paint for our customer, in accordance with the retroreflective requirements, application condition and climate variation specified by our customers. When properly formulated and correctly applied, thermoplastic paint should last in excess of five years under normal traffic conditions.

Production Plant
Storage
Store under cover in a dry, cool, ventilation area, protected from moisture. Stock should be replaced and used within 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
