SS-2 Self-propelled Thermoplastic Road Marking Machine is widely used in thermoplastic road marking projects. It is self-propelled because of being equipped with a gasoline engine as power supply. It is particularly applicable in mountain areas, slopes, etc where are steep. It's powerful enough to ensure fluent constructions and available to save plenty of labour. Meanwhile it's also applicable on flat roads. It can be equipped with our driving seat so as to realize comfortable operation.

Chassis: The frame is welded firmly, with electrostatic sprayed and high temperature treated surface. High quality imported bearing ensures the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.

Die shoe: The structure plate is made of special steel with the characteristic of fire resistance (2000℃), oxidation resistance and deformation resistance, which has better stability after being punched. The base is made of special alloy steel and adopts pneumatic screeding structure. The floor blade is made of hard tungsten steel, and the die’s body adopts aluminum die-casting. The high manufacture techniques ensure die shoes easy to operate, steady moving, high efficiency, durability and firmness. The size of die shoe can be customized from 50mm to 500mm or other customized sizes. Double line die shoes also avaliable.

Adiabatic Paint tank: Our paint tanks are made of stainless steel and cold rolling oxidation resistant steel, equipped with erect type hand stirring device to make the thermoplastic paint more average. The temperature of liquid thermoplastic paint kept by the fire under the paint tank. Usually, paint tank is made in 100KG, but now we can customize tanks of different capacities to meet your requirements. For thermoplastic with different colors, you only need to change the tank. You can also use the same tank for different color after wholly cleaned.
