SS-1200B Dual-fuel Hydraulic Thermoplastic Preheater
SS-1200B Dual-fuel hydraulic thermoplastic preheater is innovated from SS-1200 gas pre-heater. It adopts advanced burner of diesel and gas to ensure efficient fuel supply in special construction conditions. Especially, in strong windy areas, this kind of preheater could stop the burner being affected by strong winds. It enhances the burning efficiency, and melting speed, as well as reduces the construction costs. Thus, it is an ideal product in areas with large temperature difference.

Dynamic transmission system:
The diesel is connected with the gear pump through the clutch. The hydraulic multi-way valve controls the hydraulic motor so that the stirring shaft is driven to rotate and stir thermoplastic paint evenly. The stirring shaft’s rotational speed is adjusted by the throttle valve. Working pressure in the hydraulic system is adjusted by the overflow valve of the multi-way selector valve. The pressure gauge indicates the pressure value.
Multi-way selector valve:
The two function levers control the two hydraulic motor. The left function lever controls the left motor and the right function level controls the right motor. Every selector valve has three mode: forward, reverse and do not turn.
Burner and stirr:
We adopt multive stove to ensure enough heat to melt the paint quickly and the stir controlled by hydraulic motor keeping the paint temperature evenly.
